Margaret O’Hare - Head Teacher

Senior Amatsu Therapist and Aromatherapist (CIBTAC). With a background in Human Resources and Training, Margaret began her studies in holistic therapies in 1999. She has run a full time practice in Amatsu since 2004 and has seen over the years the enormous benefits Amatsu brings to a wide variety of people. She is qualified in Anma, Seitai, Shinden and Kenku and continues to update her skills year to year. She has been Head Teacher in Liath Training School since 2012, and currently works in management of a Healthcare Company.

 

Jack McGlynn - Trainee Teacher

Jack qualified as an Amatsu Therapist in 2020 and has been running his own successful clinic in Summerhill, Co. Meath for 4 years. 

Jack is a member of the Bujinkan and has been training in the Japanese martial art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu over the last 7 years, which is where he first came across Amatsu and he has combined his passion for martial arts with his therapeutic practice ever since, continuing to train and develop his skills each year.



Francois Hug - Trainee Teacher - Shinden level

Francois qualified in 2013 and currently lives in France.
He is qualified in Amatsu at Anma, Seitai and Shinden level, and is a Budo Taijutsu instructor, a Japanese martial art sharing common roots with Amatsu. He’s is also a certified HeartMath coach.

Cathy Fox - Trainee Teacher - Shinden level

Amatsu therapist and Yuan Qigong Master, Cathy has been working full time as an Amatsu therapist since 2013. She is qualified at Anma, Seitei and Shinden levels. Cathy was introduced to Qigong in 2009 and began training as a teacher in 2011 in Zhineng Qigong. She then qualified as a Yuan Qigong Master in 2018. She continues to develop and update her skills each year in various modalities as it is her passion to assist and educate people in understanding and improving their health and wellbeing.
